o Assist customer-facing team to deliver prompt, convenient, and professional customer service to assigned clients.
o Assist team with back-end tasks, such as but not limited to, invoicing, sending data requests, and following up with clients.
o Proactively manage order process.
o A minimum of one year of business-to-business (B2B) client/customer service experience is highly preferred.
o Ability to absorb product knowledge quickly and process information to apply to client needs.
o Strong analytical stills, along with excellent organizational, time management, and multi-taking skills.
o Proficient with Microsoft Office Suit applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
